No Such Thing as The Real World

I''m now a certificated anti-bullying spokesperson. I remember those years of fear, suffering, doubts and insecurities...now I'm on fire, just watch me BURN!
suckers!! (how very immature from me)

Commitment 2.- The first step to getting the things you want out of life is this: Decide what you want/Ben Stein
Gotta start making plans for the future, but real deal plans, not those teenage fame and money ones. Gotta make my mind and decide the path I'll follow in order to achieve the things I want. But the real question here is...What do I want?

I want to be a music producer
I want to direct videos
I want to make movies
I want to organize big events such as: concerts, galas, award ceremonies, parties.
I want to make a record
I want to travel the world
I want to act in a Broadway play
I want to make a Soap Opera
I want an Oscar, a Grammy, an MTV Award and an Emmy
I want to host a huge TV Show
I want a job in which I can be creative and not care about formal wear
I want success

...maybe I just want it all, so I better work on it

Currently Listening to: No Such Thing/ John Mayer

Well I never lived the dreams of the prom kings
And the drama queens
I'd like to think the best of me
Is still hiding up my sleeve

They love to tell you
Stay inside the lines
But something's better
On the other side

Movie Must: Welcome to the Dollhouse/1995

Ralphie: You think you're hot shit, but you're really just cold diarrhea.

K.I.D.S

Commitment 1- Health is not a game. But even when physical health is MAJOR, i decided to take care of my heart. I read somewhere..."We fix our hair everyday, but how often do you fix your heart?". Believe it or not, I do have one, it is dusted, but is there.
There's no need to wait for someone special to dust it out, I'm that special person I'm hoping to meet someday; I need to remind myself who I was, who I am, and then, and only then, I'll find the path I need to follow---

P.S. I went a bit literal with the photo, didn't I?

What I'm Listening to: Tokio Hotel/Monsoone
(when a shitty band makes an outstanding song, it sounds like this one)

I'm staring at a broken door
There's nothing left here anymore
My room is cold, it's making me insane
I've been waitin' here so long
But now moment seems to've come
I see the dark clouds comin' up again

Movie Must: Kids a film by Larry Clark
Jennie: What if you can't make yourself happy?
Cabby: Then I don't know. You know what you do then you forget, you block it out... If you want to be happy don't think... if you stutter don't talk.

Make It Really Loud

Feel like eating up the world by bits. Avoiding major fiasco in several aspects of my life, I decided to take action on some major areas...which will posted in my four upcoming entries. I wanna regret regretting 24/7 what I didn't do and I wanna do what it's stopping me from doing what I should do in order not to feel regrets...got it?

Musical (Guilty) Pleasure: Donna Summer/Stamp Your Feet
Rain comes in every player's life
Gotta stay in the game, not on the sidelines
Gotta throw down, you gotta stand and fight
Keep your eye on the prize, don't get caught up in strife

Go, go for the shot boy, make that play just right
Braggin' about your swag won't get you through the night
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1O6PVLGkEM&feature=related

Movie Must: Elizabethtown (2005)
Drew Baylor: [voiceover] There's a diffrence between a failure and a fiasco. A failure is merely the absence of success. Any fool can achieve failure. But a fiasco, a fiasco is a disaster of epic propotions. A fiasco is a folk tale told to other's to make other people feel more alive because it didn't happen to them.

Ticket to Kansas

so many times I wish I had a ticket to the previous me, to the naive yet coy child with big dreams and tons of hope. I lost so much traveling to Oz, following the bright road. I wish I could go back to simplicity and innocence, but here I am; got cash to buy the ticket but no airline will take my money.
To my traveling partners, thank you for teaching me lessons on what to do by speech and what NOT to do by act. You are family that I was capable of choosing (not that I don't appreciate my very own family). Let's see where the road takes us, together we stand!
Must Listen to: Wild World/Cat Stevens

But if you wanna leave, take good care
I hope you make a lot of nice friends out there
But just remember there's a lot of bad and beware

Oh, baby, baby, it's a wild world

It's hard to get by just upon a smile
Oh, baby, baby, it's a wild worldI'll always remember you like a child

Movie Must: The Wizard of OZ (1939)
Cowardly Lion: I'd be brave as a blizzard...
Tin Woodsman: I'd be gentle as a lizard...
Scarecrow: I'd be clever as a gizzard...
Dorothy: If the Wizard is a wizard who will serve.
Scarecrow: Then I'm sure to get a brain...
Tin Woodsman: A heart...
Dorothy: A home...
Cowardly Lion: The nerve!

Terrific (as in Terrible) Conversation

Must Listen to: Robyn/ With Every Heartbeat
We could keep trying
but things will never change
So I don't look back
Still I'm dying with every step I take
But I don't look back

And it hurts with every heartbeat
And it hurts with every heartbeat
And it hurts with every heartbeat
It hurts with every heartbeat

Movie Classic: Tootsie (1982)
Michael Dorsey: I never said I love you...
Sandy: I never said I love you, I don't care about I love you! I read "The Second Sex", I read "The Cinderella Complex", I'm responsible for my own orgasms, I don't care! I just don't like to be lied to!

Keep On Singing My Song

after a long time I realized you were the song I was also looking for...hope it's not too late to sing along! ...thanks D, for reminding me I'm not a robot

Song: Damien Rice/ The Blower's Daughter

And so it is
Just like you said it should be
We'll both forget the breeze
Most...of the time
And so it is
The colder water
The blower's daughter
The pupil in denial

Movie Must Quote: Closer/2004
Dan: I want Anna back.
Larry: She's made her choice.
Dan: I owe you an apology. I fell in love with her. My intention was not to make you suffer. Larry: So where's the apology? Ya cunt.
Dan: I apologize. If you love her you'll let her go so she can be happy.
Larry: She doesn't want to be happy.
Dan: Everybody wants to be happy.
Larry: Depressives don't. They want to be unhappy to confirm they're depressed. If they were happy they couldn't be depressed anymore. They'd have to go out into the world and live. Which can be depressing.

Walk the Walk

the path is wide now, yes... it's getting wider by my walk!

Blondie-Good Boys
Good boys never win
Good boys always follow
Good boys never win
They all fall away and you remain
Fear of flightI’m so afraid of heights
Why are you asking why
I’m walking but my feet are never touching the ground

Movie Quote: Sex and the City/2008
Carrie Bradshaw: What makes you think something bad is gonna happen?
Charlotte York: Because! Nobody gets everything they want! Look at you, look at Miranda. You're good people and you two both got shafted. I'm so happy and... something bad is going to happen.
Carrie Bradshaw: Sweetie, you shit your pants this year. I think you're done.
